By connecting your wallet to verify MetaCard ownership, you acknowledge that your public wallet address may be recorded solely for the purpose of access verification. Ivanson Enterprises does not collect, store, or share personal data beyond what is necessary for platform operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ivanson Enterprises and its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the MetaCard or any associated content.

These disclaimers are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ivanson Enterprises is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
